Peanut Butter & Vanilla Protein Smoothie


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 scoop Ritual Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp Vivo Life organic maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water/plant milk
  • Pinch of pink himalayan salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, creamy and consistent. Go easy on the liquid/water, the less you use the thicker the smoothie will be, so add in bit by bit until you are happy with the consistency.
  3. Top with some granola, cacao nibs and extra peanut butter if desired.
