Vanilla Protein Birthday protein cake
Birthday protein cake! Soft, moist, whey & egg free.
Same vanilla cake energy, just with a protein boost.

INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Perform Protein
275g self-raising flour (Gluten Free)
1 tsp baking powder
200g golden caster sugar
170ml water
100ml olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
120 g icing sugar
2 tbsp oat milk
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
SERVES 8 - 10
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
Add oil, water + vinegar → mix until smooth
Pour into a lined loaf tin
Bake 30–40 mins (until golden + set)
Cool completely before icing
