APPLE CRUMBLE PARFAIT
5 INGREDIENTS | 15 MIN | 2 SERVINGS
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup soya yoghurt
1/2 scoop Ritual Vanilla
1. Chop the apples into cubes and cook in saucepan with 6 tbsp water on low to med heat for 10 min. Add and mix in the cinnamon just before removing from the heat.
2. In the mean time, combine together the yoghurt and Vanilla Ritual in a small bowl until well incorporated.
3. Layer a glass or jar with apples, granola and yoghurt.
4. Serve and enjoy!
