Conejitos de jengibre proteínicos
10 INGREDIENTS / 20 MIN / 10+ SERVINGS
- 1 cup wholemeal flour- 1/2 cup date sugar
- 1 heaped tbsp Vegan Protein Unflavoured
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 4 tbsp date syrup
- 2.5 tbsp oat milk
- 1 splash Gingerbread extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.2. Roll out the dough onto a flat surface and cut into desired shapes.
3. Place them on a baking tray and bake at 180C for 9 min.
4. Leave to cool before serving and enjoying
