Baked Chocolate Protein Oats 🍫

September just started, but autumn recipes are already on the table! 21g of protein, gluten-free, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

40g gluten-free oat flour
20g @vivolife Vegan Protein (Cocoa Coconut)
125ml almond milk
15g white chocolate drops
5g cacao powder
2g baking powder

Method

Mix all main ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
Serve with the chocolate topping (mix chocolate drops with a dash of warm milk) and enjoy!
