Ingredients

• 70ml almond m*lk
• 55g self raising flour (gluten free)
• 1 mashed banana
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 serving (36g) of Vivo Life Collagen

Toppings:
• 30g blueberries (optional)
• 1 tbsp Coconut Yogurt (optional)
• 1 tbsp date syrup (optional)

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour
2 tablespoons of mix onto the pan and cook for a
couple of minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until
golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
3. Finish the pancakes drizzled with syrup, coconut
yogurt (optional), and topped with fresh berries or
nuts of your choice. Enjoy!
