This combo of potato and smoothie might sound a little unusual but we promise it is one of the tastiest ways to refuel after a tough workout!

The Benefits of Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of complex carbs, making them perfect to replenish glycogen stores after exercise. Add in a scoop of our plant based protein for those all important amino acids and you’ve got the perfect recipe for post workout recovery.
SWEET POTATO PIE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium sweet potato (baked, peeled and chilled)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 scoop Vivo Life Perform Protein Powder
METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender with just enough water to make it blend.
2. Serve topped with some cacao nibs, dried fruit and your favourite nut butter.
