Salted Caramel Protein Crepes

Delicious and protein-packed crepes with a hint of salted caramel, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

 

Ingredients

1 small banana
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
2/3 to 1 cup of plant milk
Coconut oil, for cooking
1 serving (38g) of Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Salted Maca Caramel) OR Vivo Life Vegan Protein

 

How to Make - Add all your ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the plant milk and mix until it reaches a fairly thin, pourable consistency.

Note: it will be slightly thicker than a normal crepe batter.
Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan. Once the pan hot and ready, pour the mixture into the pan. Making smaller sized crepes works best and makes them easier to flip.


Serve stuffed with fresh berries and favourite toppings.
