Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 avocado
200g frozen strawberries
120ml almond milk
1 serving (30g) Vivo Life Vegan Protein OR Collagen Builder (36g)
2ml of Vivo Life Plant Based Omega 3
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender with just enough plant milk to get it going. Add ice if you want to make it colder.
Pour into a bowl, add your favourite toppings such as fresh strawberries, granola, avocado, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds.
