Chickpea Omelette

INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1.5 cups soya milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- black pepper

 

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl whisk all the ingredients whilst slowly
adding in the flour, whisk until smooth.


2. Pour half the batter onto a lightly coated frying pan over
low-medium heat, tilt the batter over the surface of the
pan until you have an even, thin layer. Cook until small
bubbles start to form.


3. Flip and cook until golden brown on each side.


4. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve and enjoy with
whatever you desire.
